Our offer includes production, sale and rental of hall tents in 7 different groups, which are characterized by the following structures:
GROUP I: Lightweight - seasonal construction (8 cm)
Light tent halls with a width of 5 to 10 meters and with a height of the wall of 2.4 to 3.0 meters. The main support structure is made of a single profile with wall thickness of 2 mm or 3 mm depending on the location of the tent and the wind zone there. These tents are designed for seasonal uses and limited to all-year-round. They can be used as temporary roofing, summer magazines, security outdoor events, construction protection, ideal for short rentals, also used often in summer as a shader to store materials sensitive to high insolation. Then, instead of a standard cover we use an attested PVC shading grid .
GROUP II: Heavy construction - all-year round (16 cm)
Heavy halls with a width of 5 to 12 meters and height of the wall from 2.4 to 6.0 meters. The main support structure is made of a simplified truss, colloquially known as a ladder, consisting of two parallel strips with a lacing in the middle. Such a set creates a frame with a height of 16 cm made of profiles with a wall thickness of 2 mm. These tents are designed for seasonal applications, but most for all-season use and they have a support frame with span up to 12 meters. They can be used as temporary roofs, but above all, they are used for long-term rentals, as temporary and final storage halls, material and machine protection against weather conditions, temporary workshops, car washes, production halls, etc. Standard cover is made of PVC tarpaulin, but you can also use trapezoidal sheet on the walls.
GROUP III: Heavy construction - all-year round (51,5 cm)
Heavy hall tents, 13 to 17 meters wide, with a wall height of 2.7 to 6.0 meters. The main support structure is made of a truss with a frame with a height of 51.5 cm made of profiles with a wall thickness of 2 and 3 mm. These tents are designed primarily for use as tents all year round with a support frame span up to 17 meters. They can be used as temporary roofs, but above all, they are used for long-term rentals, as temporary and final storage halls, material and machine protection against weather conditions, temporary workshops, car washes, production halls, etc. Standard cover is made of PVC tarpaulin, but you can also use trapezoidal sheet on the walls.
GROUP IV: Heavy construction - all-year round (80,0 cm)
Heavy hall tents with a width of 18 to 20 meters with a wall with a height of 2.7 to 8.0 meters. The main support structure is made of a truss consisting of two parallel C-profile strips, welded with an additional U-channel to reinforce, with lacings at an angle in the middle. Such a set creates a frame with a height of 80 cm made of profiles with a wall thickness of 2 and 3 mm. These tents are designed primarily for use as tents all year round with a support frame span up to 20 meters. They can be used as temporary roofs, but above all, they are used for long-term rentals, as temporary and final storage halls, material and machine protection against weather conditions, temporary workshops, warehouses, handling terminals, production halls, etc. Standard cover is made of PVC tarpaulin, but you can also use trapezoidal sheet on the walls.
GROUP V: Heavy construction - all-year round (100,0 cm)
Heavy hall tents with a width of 21 to 34 meters with a wall with a height of 2.7 to 10.0 meters. The main support structure is made of a truss consisting of two parallel C-profile strips, welded with an additional U-channel to reinforce, with lacings at an angle in the middle. In addition, these constructions also have additional reinforcing profiles welded to the grate, which makes the frames withstand loads up to 1.2 kN / m2! Such a set creates a frame with a height of 100 cm made of profiles with a wall thickness of 2 and 3 mm. These tents are designed primarily for use as tents all year round with a support frame span up to 34 meters. They can be used as temporary roofs, but above all, they are used for long-term rentals, as temporary and final storage halls, material and machine protection against weather conditions, temporary workshops, warehouses, handling terminals, production halls, etc. Standard cover is made of tarpaulin PVC, but you can also use trapezoidal sheet on the walls.
GROUP VI: Heavy construction - all-year round (200,0 cm)
Heavy hall tents with a width of 35 to 50 meters with a wall with a height of 2.7 to 10.0 meters. The main support structure is made of a truss consisting of two parallel C-profile strips, welded with an additional U-channel to reinforce, with lacings at an angle in the middle. In addition, these constructions also have additional reinforcing profiles welded to the grate, which makes the frames withstand loads up to 1.5 kN / m2! Such a set creates a frame with a height of 200 cm made of profiles with a wall thickness of 2 and 3 mm. These tents are designed primarily for use as tents all year round with a support frame span up to 50 meters. They can be used as temporary roofs, but above all, they are used for long-term rentals, as temporary and final storage halls, material and machine protection against weather conditions, temporary workshops, warehouses, handling terminals, production halls, etc. Standard cover is made of tarpaulin PVC, but you can also use trapezoidal sheet on the walls.
Group VII: Non-standard construction
The last group includes all tents which structures deviating from standard tent halls. These can be articulated constructions with narrower columns at the bottom and wider at the top, roof joists, tents made for unusual orders on various types of elevations, walls, sorting shelters, treatment plants with very short pillars, tents used on construction sites to cover various types of huge structures. We participated in the construction of the Euro 2012 stadium - Enea Gdańsk, the construction of the second metro line in Warsaw, the construction of the PKP Kraków Balice railway station, temporary terminals at the Airport in Krakow and hangars for helicopters of the Air Rescue Service. Our tents were rented at the Orlen Oil Concern in Płock and for the site at power plant in Włocławek. We have created approximately 20,000 m2 of transhipment terminals on the waterfront of the port in Gdansk and Gdynia, and many more!
